Wholesale Terms and Conditions
*Wholesale terms and conditions effective from January 1, 2021.
Purchases
- Purchases are possible only in whole cartons.
- Each box contains one type of wine in packs of 6. It is not possible to combine different types.
- Wooden boxes can also be purchased individually.
- FREE SHIPPING on orders over $200.
- Orders under 3,000 CZK including VAT are not possible.
Payment
- Payment is made only by bank transfer to our account at FIO bank.
- Once we get to know each other better, we will extend the invoice payment term to two weeks in exceptional circumstances.
- Cash on delivery is not possible.
Shipping
- We offer two shipping methods: courier service (WE|DO or our own vehicles) and personal pickup in Frýdek-Místek.
- Delivery by courier service usually takes 5 working days from receipt of payment to our account.
- We ship orders not only throughout the Czech Republic, but also to Slovakia.
