Wholesale Terms and Conditions
*The wholesale terms and conditions come into effect on January 1, 2021.
Purchases
- Purchases are only possible in whole cartons.
- Each carton contains six bottles of one type of wine. It is not possible to combine different types.
- Wooden boxes can also be purchased individually.
- FREE SHIPPING on orders over CZK 2,000.
- Orders under CZK 3,000 including VAT are not possible.
Payment
- Payment is made only by bank transfer to our account at FIO bank.
- Once we know each other better, we will extend the invoice due date to two weeks in exceptional situations.
- Cash on delivery is not possible.
Shipping
- We offer two shipping methods: courier service (WE|DO or our own vehicles) and personal pickup in Frýdek-Místek.
- Delivery by courier service usually takes 5 business days from receipt of payment to our account.
- We ship orders not only throughout the Czech Republic, but also to Slovakia.
